This western Oregon author certainly has ties to eastern Oregon - where her latest novel is set. A certified speech language pathology assistant, wife and mother, Vine is also the published author of two articles in Gold Prospectors Magazine on ghost towns in northeast Oregon. A former resident of both Baker City, OR and Boise, ID, she's an active member of Romance Writers of America.
